Recruiting
12-14 years
Both
Phase N/A

This study is about teaching kids aged 12 to 14 about cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is when someone uses the internet to bully or hurt someone else. The study will use a method called randomized controlled experiment, which means students will be picked randomly, like drawing names from a hat, to either get training or not. Those who get the special training will learn about cyberbullying through the 'Cyberbullying Awareness Training'. All students will take a test called the 'Cyberbullying Awareness Scale' to see how much they know about cyberbullying before and three months after the study. Kids who don't get the training will also take the test at the start and three months later. This study is only for kids who speak Turkish fluently and don't have hearing, seeing, or thinking problems that would make it hard for them to understand the training. 🧑‍💻👩‍🎓

  • Study lasts for 3 months.
  • Randomly picked students will receive cyberbullying training.
  • No cost to participate, but no compensation provided.
