Non-contact Blood Pressure and SpO2 Measurement Based on Image Sensor

A study on measuring blood pressure and oxygen levels without touch.

Recruiting
18-85 years
Female
Phase N/A

This study explores a new way to check vital signs like blood pressure and oxygen levels without touching you. Instead of using traditional devices, cameras will be used to capture images of your face and hands. These images help calculate your heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation (a measure of oxygen in your blood) using a special computer program. The process is quick—blood pressure takes about 10 minutes, and oxygen levels take about 5 minutes. This research is done in collaboration with doctors at National Taiwan University Hospital. It's designed to make visits more comfortable and safe by avoiding invasive methods.

  • Study Length: Quick, with visits taking approximately 15 minutes in total.
  • Eligibility: Must be 18-85 years old and not have heart issues or wear makeup.
  • Risks: Non-invasive, so it's safe and pain-free.
