This study wants to learn how stress and anxiety affect anesthesiologist trainees during their workday. Electrodermal Activity (EDA) is measured using a device called eSense, which checks how the body reacts to stress. The Tower of London - Revised (TOL-R) test helps understand planning and thinking skills, known as executive functions. The researchers will measure these things both before and after the work shift to see how they change. They use questionnaires to understand anxiety and stress levels. This will help discover if stress and anxiety make it harder for anesthesiologists to perform their duties.
- The study takes place during one workday.
- Participants need to give written consent.
- People with psychiatric or neurological disorders, or high blood pressure, cannot join.
