This study looks at how drinking **green coffee** compared to regular coffee affects health in people who are overweight. Green coffee is less roasted and has polyphenols, which are natural chemicals that might help with weight and other health issues. The study lasts for 12 weeks with a break in between, and you have to visit the research center 6 times to give blood samples, and have your blood pressure and body examined. You’ll also need to give urine and poop samples twice and answer questions about your diet and how you feel overall.

  • Study is 12 weeks long with a 4-week break.
  • You must visit the research center 6 times.
  • Cannot participate if you smoke or are pregnant.
