Empathy and Emotional Regulation: A Multi-National Cross-Sectional Study aims to explore the link between burnout, empathy, and emotional control among nursing students in the Middle East. Burnout is a type of extreme tiredness and stress, often caused by too much work or pressure. This study wants to see how burnout affects students' ability to understand others' feelings (empathy) and keep their own emotions in check (emotional regulation). Many nursing students face mental health challenges like stress, depression, and anxiety because of demanding schoolwork and the pressure to do well. By studying these issues, the research could help schools and hospitals create better support systems for students, ensuring they stay healthy and ready to give great care to patients.

  • Study includes only undergraduate nursing students.
  • No special treatments or medications are involved.
  • No exclusions are listed, meaning all nursing students can participate.
