Phase N/A

This study looks at how mild water-filtered infrared (a special kind of heat treatment) affects people with post-COVID syndrome, which means they still feel symptoms after getting over COVID-19. The goal is to see if it helps with tiredness and makes life better. The study lasts about 2 weeks, with two treatments each week and then checks in for 3 months after that. The study needs 60 people, 18 years or older, who will be split into two groups. Both groups will get the same heat treatment, but one will get a gentler version. Blood tests and surveys will be done to see how well the treatment works. Patients will also keep a diary and use a step counter for 15 weeks. Interviews by phone will follow with some participants to get more detailed feedback.

  • The study lasts 2 weeks plus 3 months of follow-up.
  • Participants will have 4 treatments and fill out a diary.
  • Phone interviews will be conducted with selected participants.
