Purpose: This study looks at how verbal feedback from educators affects nursing students. The focus is on their confidence in academic and clinical skills and their stress levels. Verbal feedback means spoken advice and comments.
The study involves 25 nursing students. Before and after the study, students will complete surveys to measure their confidence and stress. For six weeks, each student will meet with an educator once a week for 20 minutes. During these meetings, the educator will give feedback on the student's strengths and areas for improvement in clinical tasks, such as patient care and case analysis. This feedback aims to boost students' confidence and reduce stress.
Eligibility: To join, you must be a 3rd-year nursing student in the Mental Health and Diseases Nursing clinical internship and not have done this program before.
