This study looks at using a special blood test to help manage cancer in the stomach, intestines, and other digestive areas. The test checks for ctDNA, which stands for circulating tumor DNA. This is tiny pieces of DNA from cancer cells that float in the blood. By studying ctDNA, doctors hope to better understand and treat these types of cancer. The study is observational, meaning it watches and records what happens without giving any new medicine. It's being done at one location and keeps patient information private. People will have blood and poop samples taken at different times to see how their cancer is doing.
