The Immediate Effects of Tissue Flossing on Knee Flexion Range of Motion

Recruiting
18-35 years
Both
Phase N/A

This study checks how quickly using Tissue Flossing can help the knee bend better. *Tissue Flossing* is a stretchy band wrapped around the knee to assist in movement.
The study has 58 healthy people split into two groups. One group will have the band (called the Intervention Group), and the other won't (called the Control Group). The knee's bending ability will be measured twice: before and after using the band. A tool called a goniometer will help measure how much the knee bends. This study wants people aged 18-35 who have healthy knee movement. 🚫 You can't join if you have knee problems, heart issues, or certain allergies. The study is quick, only needing a couple of visits.

  • Duration: Short, only a couple of visits
  • Eligibility: 18-35 years old, healthy knee movement
  • Risks: None if you meet the criteria
