**Overactive bladder (OAB)** is a condition where kids have trouble controlling when they need to pee. This study is about helping kids with "wet" OAB, which means they accidentally pee sometimes. **Vitamin D** is a vitamin that helps keep our bones strong. Doctors think it might help with OAB too. In this study, they want to see if taking a lot of Vitamin D with regular therapy works better than just regular therapy or therapy with a medicine called **solifenacin**.
If your child has OAB and low Vitamin D, this study could help find the best treatment. Remember, they need to visit the hospital a few times, and you'll need to keep track of their bathroom habits for 7 days. 🏥📋
