This study is about how special training affects young men who don't exercise much. The training occurs in a place with normal air pressure but less oxygen, called normobaric hypoxia. It runs for 4 weeks. The study examines how this training changes the body, focusing on oxidative stress (how the body deals with harmful molecules), inflammation (swelling and pain in the body), gut health, and mitochondrial function (how cells produce energy). The goal is to create training tips to help athletes and coaches improve health and performance.
To join, you must be a young male without metabolic diseases (problems with how your body turns food into energy) and not have trouble with high altitudes. You need a medical check-up, including heart tests and blood work. You can't change your diet, smoke, or use too much alcohol or drugs during the study.
