Phase N/A
This study looks at how **bladder training** and **pelvic floor exercises** affect people with **Overactive Bladder Syndrome (OABS)**. OABS makes you feel like you need to urinate suddenly and often. **Botulinum Toxin-A (BTx-A)**, often known as Botox, is used when other treatments don't work. In this study, people are split into two groups. Group 1 gets Botox, bladder training, and pelvic floor exercises. Group 2 only gets Botox. Researchers will measure how well these treatments work on urinary symptoms and quality of life using surveys and tests before and after treatment. **Key Points:** - The study lasts 12 weeks, with evaluations before, 2 weeks, and 12 weeks after treatment. - Participants must be 18 or older and willing to join; they need to have non-neurogenic OABS. - Some people can't join, like pregnant women or those with certain health issues. This study aims to see if adding exercises to Botox treatment helps people feel better and improve their quality of life.
