**Study on I-Fiber Pearl for Weight and Fat Reduction** This study checks if I-Fiber Pearl, a dietary supplement, helps with weight and fat loss in adults who are obese. The study will last for **12 weeks** and will have **50 participants**. People in the study will be split into two groups: one taking a placebo (a fake pill with no active ingredient) and the other taking I-Fiber Pearl. Each person will take **200g of their assigned product daily**. The study is "double-blinded," meaning neither the participants nor the researchers know who is getting the real or fake product, making the results more reliable. **Key Points:** - Duration: **12 weeks** with assessments at the start and end. - Participants: Only women aged **20-50** with a BMI over **27 kg/m²** and a waist size over **80 cm**. - Ineligibility: People with certain health conditions or on specific medications can't join. Participants will also need to keep track of their food intake and provide blood, urine, and stool samples twice during the study.
