**Multimodal Physiotherapy Study for Chronic Pelvic Pain** This study focuses on women with endometriosis, a condition where tissue similar to the lining inside the uterus grows outside of it, leading to chronic pelvic pain. We're testing if a tele-rehabilitation program can help reduce pain and improve quality of life. The program includes pain education, therapeutic exercises, and respiratory control. The **Visual Numerical Scale (EVN)** measures pain, while other scales assess negative thoughts about pain, fear of movement, and sexual function. **Key Points:** - **Duration & Visits:** The study includes 16 exercise sessions and 4 sessions on pain education, with follow-ups at the start, after finishing, and at 3 and 6 months later. - **Participants:** 66 women with endometriosis, aged 18-55, experiencing pain for at least 3 months. - **Group Assignment:** Women will be randomly placed in either the experimental group (receiving the full program) or the control group (receiving educational materials). Participants should have internet access and an email address. Women who are pregnant, menopausal, or have certain other health conditions cannot join.
