Phase N/A

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a condition where a nerve in the wrist gets squeezed, causing pain, numbness, and tingling in parts of the hand. This study looks at how bioptron light therapy can help pregnant women with CTS. Bioptron light is a special kind of light that might help reduce swelling and pain without using medicine. In this study, pregnant women with CTS will be split into two groups. One group will get bioptron light therapy along with some advice for 10 minutes, three times a week, for four weeks. The other group will only get advice.

  • The study lasts for 4 weeks with three sessions per week.
  • Participants must be pregnant women aged 25-35 years with CTS.
  • Women with certain health issues, like diabetes or past hand surgeries, cannot join.
