Phase N/A

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a condition where a nerve in your wrist gets squeezed, causing pain, numbness, and tingling in your hand. This study looks at how Bioptron light therapy, a special light that helps reduce inflammation, can help pregnant women with CTS. It's a safe and non-drug treatment option. In this study, 62 pregnant women with CTS will be split into two groups. One group will get the light therapy along with advice and education, while the other group will only receive advice. Each light therapy session is 10 minutes long, 3 times a week, for 4 weeks.

  • The study lasts 4 weeks with sessions three times a week.
  • Participants will be divided into two groups for different treatments.
  • Only pregnant women aged 25-35 with CTS can join.

If you have had any serious hand injuries, diabetes, or other major health problems, you cannot participate. This is a chance to try a non-drug treatment for CTS. 👐✨
