Phase N/A

This study involves people with COPD, which stands for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, a lung condition that makes it hard to breathe. Participants will be divided into two groups: one doing standard exercises and the other doing chair-based exercises. All participants will learn exercises in a hospital at first. After that, they'll do exercises at home using videos. To help, a physiotherapist will guide them online twice and check in by phone once a week. The program lasts for 8 weeks, with exercises on 5 days each week.

  • Participants need a smartphone for online exercise sessions.
  • People aged 18-75 years with stable COPD can join.
  • Participants shouldn't have other severe health issues that make exercise unsafe.
