Study Summary: This study focuses on chronic neck pain and uses a technique called transcranial direct current stimulation (TDCS). TDCS is a non-invasive method that helps change brain activity and may reduce pain. Chronic neck pain can affect your life quality and work ability. The study aims to see if using TDCS with certain visual exercises helps improve neck pain and movement. Study Details: - Participants will be divided into four groups, each receiving different combinations of TDCS and visual exercises. - The study will last for eight weeks, with two sessions each week. Those who respond well will continue for another four weeks of follow-up sessions. - Various tools will be used to evaluate pain and movement before and after the study. You'll be contacted for follow-up three, six, and twelve months later. Participation Requirements: - You must be over 18 and have had neck pain for more than three months. - You cannot participate if you have certain health conditions, like epilepsy or if you're pregnant. This study hopes to find better treatments for neck pain, improving life quality and movement.
