This study looks at using a special type of radiation therapy, called adjuvant SIB radiotherapy, after a surgery called hepatectomy for treating liver cancer (HCC). Hepatectomy is a surgery to remove part of the liver. Sometimes, after this surgery, cancer can come back. So, this study wants to see if adding the radiation therapy helps stop the cancer from returning.
Participants will receive radiation treatments over 23-25 visits. This study will check how many people live for three years without the cancer coming back, and see if there are any side effects. To join, you must be over 18 years old, just finished hepatectomy, and feel good enough to participate. Some health checks are needed before joining.
