Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a type of liver cancer. In this study, doctors want to see if a special radiation therapy called adjuvant simultaneously integrated boost (SIB) radiotherapy helps patients who had a liver surgery called hepatectomy with a small margin (less than 1 cm) around the tumor. The study uses two kinds of radiation methods: IMRT (Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy) and VMAT (Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy). These methods help aim radiation precisely at the cancer area while protecting nearby healthy tissues. The study will last for 3 years, and they want to see how many patients live without cancer returning. Patients in the study will receive radiation 23-25 times. Doctors are checking for side effects and how well the treatment works.
