Deep Infiltrating Endometriosis : Laparoscopic Nerve-sparing Surgery and Use of Neutral Argon Plasma

Recruiting
18 years and older
Female
Phase N/A

Deep Infiltrating Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining inside the uterus grows outside it, causing pain and problems. Sometimes medicine helps, but surgery is needed to fix things and make them work better. The surgery called nerve-sparing surgery protects important nerves to help lessen problems like difficulty peeing afterward. Doctors also use something called neutral argon plasma, which helps in the surgery. The success of the surgery depends on how skilled the doctor is and how much the disease has spread.
