Phase N/A

This study aims to understand how exercise affects blood vessels in women who are postmenopausal, which means they have stopped having periods. Participants will be divided into four groups: two exercise groups and two control groups. The exercise groups will do special exercises on a bike for three months. Researchers will measure how well their heart and blood vessels work before and after the exercise period.

To participate, you must be a postmenopausal woman without heart disease. You cannot join if you have conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, or are on certain medications, such as estrogen. The study involves exercise tests and may require several visits to the research facility. It's important to discuss with your doctor to ensure it's safe for you.

  • Study Duration: 3 months of exercise.
  • Visits Needed: Multiple visits for testing and training.
  • Eligibility: Postmenopausal women without certain health conditions.
