**Effect of Step Count on Edema After Rhinoplasty**
*Rhinoplasty* is a surgery to change the shape of the nose. After this surgery, many people get swelling, called *edema*, and bruising around their eyes. Doctors have tried lots of ways to stop this swelling and bruising, like using medicines, vitamins, and ice. But no one agrees on the best way to do it. We noticed that tourists who walk a lot seem to have less swelling and bruising. We want to see if walking more helps reduce these problems.
In this study, people who had nose surgery will be split into groups. Some groups will be asked to walk 5,000 to 10,000 steps a day while wearing a step counter. Another group won't be told how much to walk. We'll use a special bracelet called *Xiaomi Mi Band 5* to count their steps and track their swelling and bruising for 9 days using photos.
**Key Points:**
- Study duration is 9 days with daily step tracking and facial photos.
- Participants must be 18-40 years old and have primary nose surgery.
- Step counters are provided and collected after the study.
Note: This study aims to find out if walking can help with swelling and bruising after nose surgery.
