This study is exploring how training can help older people with swallowing problems feel better and live happier lives. Swallowing disorders, also known as dysphagia, can make it hard to eat and drink. This study is designed for people 60 years and older who live in the community, not in hospitals or care homes. Participants will do special swallowing exercises twice a day, from Monday to Friday, for three weeks. Each session lasts 15 to 30 minutes. The exercises are simple and done at home, with no sessions on weekends.
