This study aims to help older people (60+ years) who have trouble swallowing, known as dysphagia. Dysphagia is when it's hard to swallow food or drinks. The study wants to see if a special training program can improve swallowing and life quality in these people. For three weeks, participants will do simple swallowing exercises twice a day on weekdays. Each session lasts 15-30 minutes.
- The study runs for 21 days with sessions only on weekdays.
- Participants must be able to answer questions and follow the exercise plan.
- People with serious health issues like severe liver or kidney problems can't join.
