Phase 4

This study tests if special eye drops can help people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who have dry eyes. Rheumatoid arthritis is a condition where the body's immune system attacks its own joints, which can sometimes cause dry eyes. The eye drops contain **hydroxypropyl guar** and **hyaluronic acid**. These are special ingredients that help keep the eyes moist. The study will last for 12 weeks, and you'll need to use the eye drops several times a day.

  • You'll have to visit the clinic a few times over 12 weeks.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older and already using steroid eye drops for dry eye.
  • People with certain eye problems or allergies can't join.

Being part of this study means you might get extra help for your dry eyes if you're already on a stable treatment but still have symptoms. However, if you have had recent eye surgeries or other issues, you might not be able to participate. Make sure you're comfortable with the study's length and the number of visits required.
