This study is about helping new moms with breastfeeding through a special teaching method called the Teach-Back method. This method helps people understand important health information by asking them to repeat back what they've learned in their own words. This study aims to see if using this method can make new moms feel more confident about breastfeeding and reduce anxiety. It will involve 68 women who have given birth recently at Iğdır State Hospital. They are divided into two groups: one will get education using this method, and the other will not. The study checks how well the moms do with breastfeeding and their levels of anxiety using special scales.
