The study aims to help new moms learn how to breastfeed better using a method called "Teach-Back." This method is a way for moms to remember and explain what they learn about breastfeeding to see if they really understand it. The researchers want to see if this method can help moms feel more confident about breastfeeding and reduce their anxiety. The study will take place at Iğdır State Hospital and involves 68 women split into two groups. One group will use the Teach-Back method, while the other won't. Researchers will collect information using surveys to measure confidence and anxiety levels. SPSS software will be used to analyze the data. Participation is limited to new moms who live in Iğdır, can read and write, and have had a healthy vaginal or cesarean birth.
