Phase 1

A Phase 1 Study of YZJ-5053 Tablets involves people with advanced solid tumors, which are growths that spread in the body. This study checks how safe the tablets are, how well people can tolerate them, and how they work in the body. It's divided into two parts:

Part 1: Finding the highest safe dose and seeing how the body handles the tablets.

Part 2: Testing the recommended dose to ensure safety and tolerability.

  • The study needs adults (18+) with advanced tumors that have not responded to standard treatments.
  • Participants must have at least one measurable tumor and good organ function.
  • Subjects must avoid certain medications and conditions like infections or heart problems.

Before joining, participants should confirm they have no history of recent cancers, uncontrolled medical conditions, or are pregnant. Women must test negative for pregnancy and use effective birth control. The study excludes those needing frequent drainage for fluid buildup, with specific heart and gastrointestinal issues, or who have recently taken certain drugs or vaccines. Participation helps in understanding new cancer treatments, though it may involve risks like side effects from the tablets.
