This study tests a new drug, YZJ-5053, for people with advanced solid tumors, which are types of cancer that form in body tissues or organs. The study aims to find out if the drug is safe, how well people can handle it (tolerability), how the body processes it (pharmacokinetics), and if it works to fight the cancer (efficacy). The study has two parts: Part 1 (Phase 1a) is to find the safest dose and see how people respond. Part 2 (Phase 1b) looks at safety and effects with more people.

** **Key Points:** - **Study Participation:** Participants must be 18 or older, have a type of solid tumor that didn't respond to other treatments, and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months. - **Study Duration & Visits:** Participants may need to visit the study site multiple times for check-ups and to receive the drug. - **Risks & Safety:** Side effects could happen and participants must not have certain medical issues like heart problems or infections. **

Women must not be pregnant or breastfeeding and must use birth control during the study. The study excludes people with certain health conditions or those on certain medications.
