This study will compare two types of catheters used in hemodialysis, which helps clean the blood when kidneys aren't working well. One type is the **tunnel-cuffed catheter**, which has a cuff to help secure it in place, and the other is the **non-cuffed catheter**, which doesn't have this cuff. The study aims to see if one type of catheter has fewer problems like infections or clots than the other. Participants will be adults who need dialysis right away due to poor kidney function. They must have a catheter in the right side of the neck (internal jugular vein) for at least four weeks. If you have a history of vein problems or certain medical conditions, you might not be eligible.
