The COMPLETE Study is a research project focused on patients who need a special heart test called coronary angiography. This test looks at blood vessels in the heart to find blockages. The study uses a type of imaging called Coronary CT Angiography (CCTA) to measure the amount of plaque (atheroma) in the arteries. There are two groups in the study. **Cohort 1** includes patients with stable heart conditions, and **Cohort 2** includes those previously treated with a stent, a small tube placed in arteries to keep them open.

Key Points:

  • Study lasts for 3 years with regular check-ups.
  • Participants need to have had a CCTA test as part of their care.
  • Standard treatments for heart disease will be followed.
Patients must have a blockage of more than 50% in their heart arteries to join. Some people cannot participate, including those with certain heart conditions, recent strokes, or severe liver/kidney problems. Participants will be followed for up to three years to see how their heart condition progresses.
