The COMPLETE study is exploring how well a test called coronary CT angiography (CCTA) can measure heart artery blockage compared to an inside-artery ultrasound. This study is for patients needing a special heart test called invasive coronary angiography. Patients with heart arteries that are more than half blocked might join. There are two patient groups: those with stable heart issues and those with stents. Everyone needs to have had a CCTA as part of their normal care. Participation involves being tracked for up to three years to check heart health. Some people can't join, like those who have had a heart attack, or have certain heart rhythm problems, severe kidney, liver issues, or who can't handle certain medicines.

  • Study lasts up to 3 years with regular check-ups.
  • Participants need a heart test called CCTA.
  • Not for people with serious health issues like recent stroke or severe kidney problems.
