Ceriter Stride One (CSO) is a special shoe insole designed to help people with Parkinson's disease (pwP) by preventing falls. It's equipped with *pressure sensors* that track how you walk. If it detects that you might lose balance, it gives an audio warning to stop before you fall. After stopping safely, it helps you start walking again with a rhythmic sound. This study wants to see if using the CSO reduces fall risks and improves walking in a short time. Participants will try the CSO for two days while doing all their daytime activities. They will also answer questions before and after using the CSO about their walking, fear of falling, and satisfaction with the device.
- Participants need to wear the CSO for two days and will have phone support if needed.
- They will answer questions and do walking tests before and after using the CSO.
- Participants must be 18-80 years old and able to walk without help for the study.
