Phase N/A
**Virtual Reality Exercises for Shoulder Pain Study** This study is looking into how virtual reality (VR) exercises can help people with **Adhesive Capsulitis (AC)**, also known as "frozen shoulder." AC is when your shoulder joint becomes stiff and painful, making it hard to move. It often affects people aged 40-70, especially women, and those with diabetes or thyroid problems. Traditional treatments for AC include physical therapy and medications. This study will compare **VR exercises** with regular physical therapy to see if VR can make recovery faster and more enjoyable. **Key Points:** - The study lasts for **3 weeks**. Participants will do exercises 5 days a week. - There are three groups: VR exercises with home exercises, regular therapy with home exercises, and home exercises only. - **No extra tests** like X-rays are needed; just a physical exam to join the study. Eligible participants are 18-65 years old with AC, but not those with recent shoulder surgeries or injuries, infections, or other serious health issues. Participants will track their exercises on a chart to help researchers see how well they stick to the program.
