Phase N/A

This study looks at how *inspiratory muscle training* (IMT) affects people with *mechanical low back pain*. Mechanical low back pain means pain in the lower back often linked to problems with bones, muscles, or discs. IMT is a type of exercise that strengthens the muscles used for breathing. Participants will follow a core stabilization exercise program for 8 weeks. The study group will also do IMT for 8 weeks. Both groups will be checked for improvements in pain, sleep quality, and overall wellness at the start and end of the study, all supervised by a physiotherapist. To join, you must be 18-65 years old, have mechanical low back pain, and be willing to follow instructions. But, if you have other serious health issues, previous surgeries, or if you're obese, you can't participate.

  • The study will last for 8 weeks.
  • Participants will do exercises at a supervised location.
  • No compensation is mentioned for participating.
