Phase N/A

This study is for adults in Puerto Rico who have Long-COVID and at least one chronic illness. Long-COVID means you have symptoms that last for weeks or months after having COVID-19. You must be part of the Puerto Rico COVID-19 Assessment Study (PR-COAS) and have finished the 12-month follow-up interview. Volunteers will join a program called "Tomando Control de su Salud" (TCS) which helps people manage their chronic diseases better.

Participants will attend workshops and then do a final interview a month later. If you choose not to join the workshops, you'll receive general information about managing chronic diseases and do an interview three months later. The study aims to enroll about 50 people, and you may get help with transportation costs and time spent participating.

  • The study lasts approximately 3 months, with weekly sessions.
  • Participants get help with transportation and parking costs.
  • People with life-threatening conditions or moving away soon can't join.
