Phase N/A

This program helps adults who survived the February 6th earthquake in Kahramanmara?. It's a psychosocial support program, which means it focuses on helping people's mental health and social well-being. The program has four group sessions led by experts, including a psychologist and a psychiatrist. These sessions teach participants to use their internal resources (like personal strengths) and external resources (like support from others) to cope better with stress. They use strategies like emotion regulation (ways to manage your feelings) and mindfulness (focusing on the present moment). The goal is to see if these sessions can help reduce stress and improve life quality for earthquake survivors. Participants in this study should have experienced the earthquake, be able to read, and volunteer for the program. They should not be receiving other psychological treatments for the earthquake. This study helps researchers understand how well these group sessions work.

  • Program includes four group sessions.
  • Participants get to learn ways to manage stress better.
  • Those in other psychological treatments for the earthquake can't join.
