**Whole Body Vibration in Obese Female Students** This study is about using **Whole Body Vibration (WBV)** to help female students with obesity. Obesity means having too much body fat, and this can make it hard for some people to keep their balance. WBV involves standing on a special platform that shakes a little to help improve balance and muscle strength. The study looks at how this shaking affects the body. **Key Points:** - **Participation Length & Visits:** Participants will join for a specific period with scheduled visits. - **Eligibility:** Only female students aged 18-25 with a BMI of 30 or more can join. - **Exclusions:** Those who are pregnant, have certain medical conditions, or exercise regularly more than 3 times a week cannot join. If you're a female student interested in improving balance and muscle strength, this study may be for you. It's important to check if you meet the criteria and are comfortable with the process before joining.
