It uses the double ABC-X model, which is a way of understanding stress and support. The study includes both MHD patients and their main caregivers. To join, patients must be over 18, have been getting care at the hospital for more than three months, and want to join the study. Caregivers must also be over 18 and be the main person taking care of the patient.

  • Study involves patients and caregivers over 18 years old.
  • Participants must have no serious mental or communication issues.
  • Study aims to improve quality of life with psychological support.

By participating, you might learn new ways to handle stress and improve your day-to-day life. It’s important for both patients and caregivers to be open to trying new strategies and working together.
