Atrial Fibrillation (AF) is a common heart problem where the heart beats irregularly. Doctors often perform a procedure called Pulmonary Vein Isolation (PVI) ablation to treat AF. This study looks at how the autonomic nervous system (a part of our body that controls things like heart rate without us thinking about it) affects AF coming back after this procedure. The study will check if changes in the autonomic nervous system can predict AF returning. Researchers believe that understanding these changes can help improve the success of the surgery and even help find a cure for AF.
- Participants should have paroxysmal AF and be willing to undergo CPVI treatment.
- People already treated for AF or not in AF rhythm can't join.
- Participants will be monitored for AF recurrence after the procedure.
