Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health issue that can make everyday life hard. It often starts when people are young adults. This study is checking if a special app can help people with mild OCD symptoms. 🌟 The app teaches about OCD and aims to reduce its symptoms.

What's Involved? If you're between 18-30 years old, can read English, and have mild OCD, you can join. You'll use the app for 8 days, spending about 5 minutes each day. There are two groups: one using the OCD program and another with a different program. You'll fill out some surveys before and after using the app and again a month later. 📱

You'll earn either course credits or a small fee, but some might choose to join without getting paid. After the study, you'll have access to extra resources on the app. đź§
