Phase N/A

**Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)** is a mental health issue causing unwanted thoughts and repetitive behaviors. This study focuses on young adults (18-30) with mild OCD symptoms. Participants will use a **self-guided mobile app** to help improve OCD symptoms.

**Study Details:**

  • **Duration:** 8 days of using the app, about 5 minutes daily.
  • **Follow-up:** Surveys after the program and again in a month.
  • **Compensation:** Course credits or a small fee for participants (volunteers not compensated).

Participants are split into two groups: one uses the OCD app, and the other uses a different app as a comparison. The study will see if the OCD app helps reduce symptoms of **depression, anxiety, and stress**. It will also explore if people with less **perfectionism** (wanting everything to be perfect) benefit more. Data will be collected, analyzed, and participants will have access to all app programs after the study.
