This study is testing a device called LumbaCure® to help older people with long-lasting back pain, called chronic low back pain (cLBP). This pain happens in the lower part of your back. The research is happening in nursing homes because many older people there may not move around much, which can make their pain worse.
To join, you must be over 60, live or work at a nursing home, and be able to talk and sit for at least 10 minutes. You need to have a back pain score higher than 2 on a special scale doctors use to measure pain.
You cannot join if you have serious back problems like infections or fractures, weigh over 120 kg, can't move around much, or have severe health issues like heart disease or dementia.
- The study will observe how safe and effective the device is.
- You will work with a physiotherapist during the study.
- Being part of the study involves following certain health checks and guidelines.
