Phase 2

This study is testing a new way to help treat a type of liver cancer called intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (a cancer in the bile ducts inside the liver). The study uses medicines called Lenvatinib and Adebrelimab along with a special type of chemotherapy called hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC). The goal is to see if this treatment helps the cancer shrink before surgery, making surgery more successful.

Participants will receive 2-4 cycles of the treatment before their surgery. The main things this study wants to find out are how well the treatment works and how safe it is for the patients.

  • **Commitment**: Participants will undergo 2-4 cycles of treatment before surgery.
  • **Eligibility**: Participants must be aged 18-75, and have a specific type of high-risk biliary tract cancer.
  • **Safety**: The study will closely monitor the safety and effects of the treatment.
