This study explores how two different exercise programs affect how the body processes pain in people who don't exercise a lot. **Moderate Intensity Training (MIT)** means exercising at a steady pace, while **High Intensity Training (HIT)** involves more vigorous activities. The study aims to see if these exercises reduce pain sensitivity, which means feeling less pain from pressure.
**Key Points:**
- Participants will wear an **ActiGraph accelerometer** for 7 days to track activity, then go through pain tests.
- The study lasts 10 weeks, with exercise programs and physical activity monitoring.
- Participants will have two test days at a hospital, one before and one after the exercise period.
Each participant should be between 18 to 55 years old, have a normal body weight for their height (BMI between 20-25), and should not be physically active for more than 3 hours a week. They should also speak Dutch. People with current or past health issues, pregnant women, or those who recently gave birth or are breastfeeding are not eligible.
