Premenstrual syndrome (**PMS**) makes many women feel bad during their period each month. This study will see if taking pomegranate can help reduce these symptoms. Pomegranate is a fruit rich in substances called antioxidants, which can help protect your body. Women with PMS in Sakarya province will be part of this study in 2023. Participants will be split into two groups: one group takes pomegranate and the other does not. They will take 3 mL of pomegranate three times a day for 10 days across two menstrual cycles (from 7 days before to 3 days after menstruation begins). The study will check if their symptoms get better over two months. The researchers will use special math tools to understand the results. People can join if they have a PMS score above 50% and do not have other health issues or allergies.

  • Study Length: 8 weeks
  • Visits: Three times a day pomegranate intake
  • Participation: Only for women with PMS complaints
