Phase N/A

This study wants to find out when our bodies best use protein, especially with exercise, rest, and fewer steps. Protein helps build muscles, which is important for staying healthy and strong. Our bodies break down old proteins and make new ones with amino acids from food. Scientists use a special breath test to measure how well you use these amino acids without needing needles or blood tests. This test is non-invasive, meaning it doesn't hurt or require anything entering your body. The study is for people aged 18-35, with a healthy weight, and no major health issues. If you join, you'll learn how much protein helps your muscles in different activities.

  • Study requires healthy young adults between 18-35 years.
  • The study involves a non-invasive breath test to measure protein use.
  • Participants must not have chronic diseases or use certain medications.
