**Evaluation of Peripartum Blood Loss and Postpartum Anaemia in Macrosomia & Gemini Study**
This study looks at blood loss and anemia (low red blood cells) in pregnant women with big babies (macrosomia) or twins (gemini). **Anemia** is when you have less than 11 grams per deciliter (g/dL) of hemoglobin (Hb), a protein in red blood cells. It's important to treat anemia because it can cause problems for both the mother and baby. The study will check how anemia is managed before birth and how blood transfusions are given. This research will be done by looking back at past patient records at one medical center (monocentric retrospective analysis).
**Key Points:**
- This study involves reviewing past records, so no visits or treatments are needed.
- It looks into the risks of bleeding during pregnancy, especially with twins or large babies.
- Only pregnant women without blood clotting disorders can be part of this study.
**Eligibility**: You must be pregnant to participate, but you can't have any pre-existing blood clotting disorders.
