This study focuses on understanding why people with Bipolar Disorder might think about or try to harm themselves. Bipolar Disorder, sometimes called BD, is a mental health condition that causes extreme mood changes. The study will explore how the environment and the way someone thinks can affect these feelings. It includes a 6-week program where participants will join group sessions. These sessions will help with social skills, mindfulness (being calm and focused on the present), and changing negative thoughts. The goal is to find ways to improve life quality and reduce harmful thoughts or actions.
