Suicidal Behavior in Patients Diagnosed With Bipolar Disorder

This study focuses on understanding why people with Bipolar Disorder (a mental illness causing extreme mood swings) may have suicidal thoughts. It aims to find helpful treatments to reduce these feelings and improve life quality. Participants will join a 6-week group program where they'll learn skills like keeping a regular routine and mindfulness (being aware of the present moment), and how to think positively to manage Bipolar Depression better.

  • The study lasts for 6 weeks with group sessions.
  • Participants need to speak English and have Bipolar Disorder.
  • People with certain conditions like severe mental illness or unstable health cannot join.

Joining this study may help in managing Bipolar Disorder and reducing suicidal thoughts through group learning and support. It's important to consider your health and personal situation before participating.
