This study is testing if a web app can help middle-aged Korean American women feel less depressed. The app, called WPAPP-K, is a program that encourages physical activity to help improve mood, especially during menopause, which is a time when many women feel down or sad. The study is looking for Korean American women between 40 and 60 years old who have felt depressed lately and are not very active. Participants need to use the internet on a computer or phone and be able to read and write in English or Korean. Those who have serious heart or lung problems, diabetes, or very high blood pressure cannot join. The study does not involve taking any medicine, but it focuses on getting active to feel better.

  • The study is for Korean American women aged 40-60.
  • Participants must be able to use the internet and speak Korean or English.
  • Serious health conditions may disqualify you from participating.
