Phase N/A

The New York Stem Cell Foundation (NYSCF) is conducting a study to help find treatments or cures for major diseases using cells like skin or blood to make stem cells. Stem cells are special because they can become any type of cell in the body. Researchers will also perform genetic tests to understand more about DNA, which contains the instructions for our body's development, like our eye color or the risk of diseases. In this study, you will fill out health questionnaires and provide samples (skin, blood, saliva) for research. This is not a clinical trial, which means you won't receive any treatments as part of this study.

  • Participation involves giving samples and may include follow-up for more information.
  • Eligible participants are 30 days or older and can be healthy or have certain medical conditions.
  • Some people, like those with AIDS and certain conditions, can't join for safety reasons.

You'll need to provide consent, and if you're a minor, a parent or guardian must give permission. Your involvement will help scientists learn more about diseases and potentially find ways to treat them. 🧬
