This study is for older kids, teens, and young adults with a type of blood cancer called B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL). People with more body fat can be less sensitive to chemotherapy, a common treatment for cancer. During the first month of chemo, most patients gain body fat, even if they started at a healthy weight. The study wants to see if a special diet and exercise plan can help make chemo work better and stop too much fat gain. The main goal is to make the cancer treatment more effective and reduce body fat increase.
