Phase N/A

This study aims to help parents or caregivers of pediatric cancer survivors aged 5-14 learn skills to prevent obesity and promote healthy habits. Pediatric cancer survivors might gain weight easily and not exercise much, which could lead to heart disease. The study involves two groups: one called **NOURISH-T+** where parents attend six weekly video sessions to learn about healthy eating and exercise, and another called the **Brief NOURISH-T+** where parents have one session and receive online resources. The **NOURISH-T+** sessions last about 1 to 1.5 hours, with additional check-ins up to 10 months later. Some sessions include the child, and there's a special session with a dietician. The **Brief NOURISH-T+** group also gets information from a public manual.

  • Sessions use video conferencing, making it easy to join from home.
  • Study lasts about 12 months with multiple follow-ups.
  • Parents and children learn together, promoting family health.
