NOURISH-T+ is a study to help parents of kids who survived cancer learn how to improve their child's health. Kids who had cancer might gain too much weight or not exercise enough, which can lead to health problems like heart disease. In this study, parents join one of two online groups to learn healthy eating and exercise tips. One group, called **NOURISH-T+**, involves 6 weekly online sessions, where parents learn skills to encourage their children to eat healthy and stay active. Kids join in two of these sessions. There's also a special session with a dietitian who talks about nutrition. Short follow-ups happen at 2, 4, 8, and 10 months. The other group, **Brief NOURISH-T+**, includes one online session and some helpful brochures. Check-ups also occur at similar intervals. Kids aged 5-14, who are off treatment for 6 months, can join if they meet the criteria. Parents must be the main meal-makers at home and speak English or Spanish.

  • Study length: 12 months with follow-ups.
  • Online sessions with a dietitian for personalized advice.
  • Parents and kids participate together in some sessions.
