This study tests if a nasal spray with **sodium citrate** helps people who lost their sense of smell due to COVID-19. **Sodium citrate** is a type of salt that might help people smell better. People in the study will use either a sodium citrate spray or a normal saline spray (a saltwater solution) and do smell retraining exercises twice a day for 12 weeks. Smell retraining means practicing smelling different scents to try and improve the sense of smell. The study will check if the sodium citrate spray works better than the saline spray.
Participants will be contacted during the study to check for any side effects. It's a chance to try a new method to help get the sense of smell back.
