This study is designed to help people with memory loss, like Alzheimer's, and their caregivers improve their sleep. It uses a method called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi), which doesn't involve medicine. CBTi includes techniques like sleep scheduling, relaxation, and improving sleep habits. The study will last for 6 weeks and involves learning these skills through video calls. The goal is to see if this approach can help both the person with memory loss and their caregiver sleep better and feel better overall. The study will also include interviews to see if participants find the program helpful.
- Duration: 6 weeks of videoconference sessions.
