Phase N/A

Enroll-HD is a big, ongoing study collecting information about Huntington’s Disease (HD), a genetic disorder affecting the brain. People with and without the HD gene can join. Scientists use this information to learn more about HD and find new ways to help those affected. The study doesn't have an end date, so participants might be involved for a long time.

  • Participants will have regular check-ups, usually once a year.
  • No direct treatment is offered, but it helps researchers find future treatments.
  • Participants' genetic information helps track HD but is kept private from them.

Anyone interested in how HD affects people, or who has family with HD, can participate. There are six groups people might fit into based on their genetic makeup and family history with HD. Researchers use this data to better understand HD, which can help in developing future treatments or solutions.
